Returns Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt unless the balsa box been sanded or hood has been damaged from misuse.  Return postage is paid by the customer.  We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Shipping

We try and get orders out as soon as we receive them. Our cut off time for same day shipping is 9 am MST. Orders placed after that are shipped the next business day. Monday through Friday. We are closed weekends and holidays.

USPS shipping is a flat rate of $17.85. UPS is calculated based on your location and because they ship on the size of the box and less on the weight, can be quite expensive.

If shipping UPS please enter physical address, No PO Boxes.

We also have a variety of shipping speeds available, UPS Ground (4-7 days for most packages), UPS 3-day Select, and UPS 2nd Day Air.
